All deliverables include foundational blueprints compliant with national building regulations.
Our services are provided on an as-available basis and subject to the terms outlined herein. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the execution of our engineering services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You shall not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations. Any misuse of our platform or services may result in immediate termination of access.
All reports, blueprints, models, and other deliverables produced by Hallidayspointlifestyle.com remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended project.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our deliverables without prior written consent. Our brand name, logo, and website content are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Our liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free. While we strive for accuracy, the final responsibility for construction and implementation lies with the client and their licensed contractors.
All fees are due as specified in the project proposal or invoice. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope of work. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the invoice date.
We reserve the right to suspend services for overdue accounts. Late payments may incur additional charges at the rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all services rendered up to the effective date of termination. We may terminate immediately if you breach any material term of these terms.
Upon termination, your access to our platform and services will be revoked. Sections regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
We encourage you to review these terms periodically. If you do not agree with any changes, you should discontinue use of our services immediately.
